Easy to find. Multiple buildings. No elevator. Lights in hallways at night did not turn on and was not aware of any switches to use. Very close to transportation. Easy to get around.

The staff are helpful and hotel is near Haymarket railway station (5min walk). However, the hotel room was on 3/F and there was no lift and it would be difficult for us to walk upstairs and downstairs.

All the staff were amazing!! Friendly, warm, helpful, polite, available, approachable, relatable. The room was nice, clean, warm, had all the expected features and ‘stuff’ available. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, well cooked and served with a welcoming personality. The staff are the real stars here but the hotel will definitely get a repeat visit.

A decent room in a brilliant location, and friendly staff. Our bathroom was notably cold though, with next to no insulation during what was a cold snap - even by Edinburgh standards. Shower steam settled and cooled on everything, making for a bit of a slip hazard.
