Overpriced for the service provided.

Requested bed guards and high chair. None provided on arrival. Had to wait an hour for a high chair to arrive once checked in. Next day had to request more towels and glasses as only 2 towels left for family of four, dressed gowns were taken away and not replaced next morning too. Cocktails looked nothing like what we asked for (strawberry daiquiris). Nice clean hotel, over priced and not what I would expect from this chain of hotels and the price we paid for the suite for 2 nights.

From the outside, the hotel looks like a small castle. Inside, the hotel was clean, the staff was very nice, polite, they explained a lot of history in Edinburgh to us, which was amazing. The breakfest was a large assortment of anything you could think of. I hightly recommend anyone who visits Edinburgh to stay here. In walking distance to everything,
