Worst stay I ever had . Got accused by the shuttle driver that weed was being smoked in my room just cause he saw my husband smoking outside, my husband might of had the scent on him . But that's a big difference smoking in the room and having the scent on ur person . Second. I started calling the since 10 pm for blankets I call the gentleman at the front desk asking where my blankets were at @10:30 this smart jerk said they are delivering blankets to other rooms and they will be coming to my room soon ,how many other rooms didn't have blankets wow ,sounds like they had a few people they were delivering blankets to wow , Shouldn't all rooms be ready to go with blankets in all rooms that are clean ready rooms ? Mind you my 7 year old layed on the little couch with no blankets until I woke up at 1am the blankets still weren't delivered wow. The front desk person Sammy has no communication what so ever mind you my phone was broken in the room only worked once so I had no phone to call and ask where my blankets were I had to get outta bed at 1am and walk to the front , if that was the case I could of went to the linen closet and got my own . They offered a free upgrade, the hell with that I would rather not return. Please DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND RENT HERE. I KNOW I AINT THE ONLY ONE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE FRONT . THIS PLACE DEFINITELY NEEDS AN UPGRADE.

I booked a room for 2 nights but really got nothing helpful to say coz I just went to check-in left and went back to check out, aside from the room being in good condition and quite spacious, I can’t say nothing about staff and customer service.
