The rooms have recently been refurbished. I could not tell that the building is almost 100 years old. Excellent room lighting.

Super clean room with a very comfortable bed and good shower pressure! I thought the fake fireplace would be cheesy, but it was a nice vibe. Hotel Nevada has possibly one of the best Denny's I've been to in years. The casino is old, creaky, and fun to nose around- lots of weird paintings, old photos, and various firearms displays to check out. The casino games look like they were retired from Vegas in 2007, it's too bad Hotel Nevada didn't have some old-school coin machines, that would take the whole experience over the top! We love rural Nevada, so we'll be back!

We liked the idea of staying in a historical place, but we are not keen on gambling. Fortunatly the casino environment was not an issue in the hotel room. The hotel decor in the hallways was quite fascinating, it was a variety of local lore painted on the walls, wild West cowboy gear and artifacts, and photos of famous actors that stayed there while filming Western movies. The front desk clerks were friendly.

Didn't know it was haunted, the rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms are even smaller. Small sink, the towels were crunchy and not soft at all.

Staff was exceptional. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. There were plenty of fluffy pillows and cozy blankets. Only downside was there was a barn door for the bathroom that didn’t lock. Which is fine if you’re there as a couple, but a little awkward for my teenager.
