Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with very friendly reception staff, and the location is excellent - easy to access everything nearby. Unfortunately, the room itself was a letdown. It was extremely small, with a very uncomfortable bed, making it difficult to relax. While the bathroom was modern and visually appealing, it lacked basic practicality - there was no space to put a toiletry bag and not even a hook to hang towels or clothing. Overall, despite the great location and service, the room felt cramped and uncomfortable, which impacted the stay.

Unico aspetto da migliorare: lo sciacquone del bagno spreca moltissima acqua ogni volta che si aziona. Dovrebbero mettere il doppio tasto per risparmiare acqua
