Everything was excellent, as usual. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the overall experience met my expectations. The only issue was with the laundry staff using service carts. On a few occasions, they entered the elevators ahead of guests without giving priority to hotel clients. A bit more awareness and courtesy in those situations would greatly improve the experience. Overall, a very good stay, and I would definitely return.
