The hotel looked nice enough on the website however I was disappointed. The Pool looked green, the flooring in our room was worn and the shower in the room leaked on to the floor. 2 towels were soaked cleaning up the water. One of the employees seemed so blase' about his job at times it seemed I was bothering him. I read other reviews after the fact and see that others had problems with leaking showers. The one positive was that the breakfast was good.

Never again.

The worst IHG hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We were here for a pre-cruise stay, for the first and last time. Our TV didn’t work. We were told someone would come up to look at it. No one ever did. Breakfast was a joke. Food was diagusting. Raisin Bran or Lucky Charms, all juices mislabeled so no idea what would come out. Eggs that literally taste like plastic. Room was clean-ish, unless you actually looked. Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here.

I booked the hotel because it was close to the port terminal and because they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. However, be aware that if you arrive before 2 PM, there is NO shuttle service. I had to take a UBER. Also, upon arrival, although rooms were available, they made us wait in the lobby for several hours unless we paid an extra $50$ USD to get our room. The next day's breakfast had many options, and the service staff was very nice. There are no restaurants around, so I had to order Uber Eats
