LOOK NO FURTHER. THIS SPACIOUS (900 sq. ft), BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED CONDO has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. With it's modern furnishings, this unique "Art Deco" Bldg. , Est. 1941. The house is very PRIVATE and tucked in the back for a nice peaceful stay. Impact windows and exterior security, also offer added peace of mind, and quietness.
A true "old
Florida" experience. The house is perfect for two people who want there own room, or just the right size for a small family.
We can also accommodate 2 couples.
UPSTAIRS with it's original wood floors, are the two bedrooms with new beds. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Each room has it's own dedicated air conditioners for the best white noise , and yes, they are super cold. PLUS Hi Def TVs in each of the bedrooms, USB ports with plugs for all your devices.
On my beds, ALWAYS fresh pressed 100% cotton sheets and quilts, (always a fresh quilt with every single new guest), Goose Down Pillows ( no foam), Plenty of plush cotton towels, big beach towels, even blankets for those cozy evenings.
DOWNSTAIRS is your open concept living space with a perfect size Chefs Kitchen with full size stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare breakfast and small meals. Even a fully stocked pantry with spices and basic needs.
PRIME LOCATION in the heart of the broadwalk. It is right between Margaritaville and the Marriott. each are a 5 min. walk.
DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS. No High Rise, No streets to cross, No hallways, No elevators, No long walks to get to the beach.
This private guesthouse is as close as you can get, to the beach and it comes with with your own private closet (not shared), filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, football, frisbee, noodles, and more.
The guesthouse also comes with an OUTSIDE HOT AND COLD SHOWER to rinse , bath, or wash your hair (shampoo & soap provided).

Added safety features include an external camera facing your parking spot, as well as a video doorbell so you can easily see who's at your door by viewing the panel inside the home.

Location, Location, Location. This place was super clean and perfectly located among the shops and restaurants and within 20 steps from your door to the Broadwalk and sand. The host Brenda checked in moth me several times, just to see if I needed anything. I would definitely stay her again.

Perfect Family Getaway at the Beach

Working with Brenda for our family summer trip was an absolute joy. She is the warmest, most gracious host you can imagine. She thought of everything to make our stay perfect - including apartment and beach amenities. The place was perfect for our family (including teenagers). Brenda was always just a text away to answer any questions or give us advice on restaurants and area activities. The beds were so comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The Broadwalk offered shops and various dining options during our stay. The beach is clean and safe. We rode the bikes every morning and were so appreciative that they were available. Thank you, Brenda, for making our stay a memorable one for our entire family. We appreciate you opening your place for us to enjoy.

Wonderful vacation.

Excellent location- right on the beach. Parking right next to the door. Safe neighborhood. I was with my two young daughters and we had a great time, swimming on the beach, biking on the Broadwalk. Everything close by. Looking forward to staying there again. Brenda was a great host- responsive, helpful and kind. Provides everything you might need. Well worth it.

If I could give Brenda 100 Stars I would! The place was 5 stars across the board but, here's where I would give 100 stars. My daughter and her friend stayed there for a concert weekend. She met a few friends at the concert and they brought her back. Brenda seen 2 guys on her camera at 2 am and text her to make sure everything was ok!!!! As a mother I can not thank her enough for that.

On the Beach!

We loved staying this close to the beach! Outdoor shower to rinse off sand was a perk as well as the outdoor closet with endless things to bring to the beach. TVs and A/C in every room. Tons of dishes, tupperware, and kitchen appliances available. You won't need to pack much! Walking distances to many restaurants and stores.
