Staff was friendly but property is run-down. Had to be moved to a new room the 2nd day... shower went from warm to full cold instantly. Hall carpets very dirty. No hair dryer or kitchen items without requesting at front desk. No do not disturb door hang tags nd despite asking that housekeeping not disturb us there was a knock at the door interrupting sleep. Cannabis smell in the hall. I think you should get the picture.

One lady, who was nice, seemed to run the whole hotel herself. The hotel itself had an odd odor throughout but the rooms were satisfactory and ample sized but not well appointed at all, very generic. The big problem is it felt unsafe. Lot of vagrants hanging around the outside of the hotel coming in and out. Zero security. The outside of the hotel looked abandoned the pool was even covered by a tarp. We made the most of it because we’re not the type to complain but we won’t be back.

The room was filthy and disgusting. Paint peeling and smelled horrific. Staff was extremely rude and nasty. Asked for an extra towel and got into an argument. I travel 5x a year. And this was the absolute WORST place I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was quite small and the sofabed was broken, I was with my family, we had a tough time sleeping. There was a shortage of staff, every time the front office desk was vacant, we had to wait to see someone, there was shortage of pillows and blanket, I think Extended Stay America has lost its value proposition. I will think again if I want to book with extended stay America.

The room did looked very neglect and had a terrible experience. I had a table with a broken leg, SofaBed sheets had stains and smell and broken. Bothroom clogged, Back door antrance without safety lock. Customer service terrible, unprofessional and rude.
