Staff gave us keys and room number to a room that was already occupied. Walls must be paper thin, we could hear everything all night long, multiple other rooms TV’s, doors slamming non stop, and so many arguments throughout the night

The faucet water ran for 30 minutes, and never got hot. We were instructed by the front desk to let it run, and it would get hot. We had ro call twice before being assigned another room. We had to go to front desk for the keys to the room next door, they would not deliver.

I had an amazing experience during my stay. Vic, the front desk personal was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious , and very comfortable with all the amenities I nedded for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and supermarkets that make everything so easier. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

There was no table in the room, which is an inconvenience, and there was one in the past. The radio clocks at the bedside were removed or absent, and this is also a downgrade from the past. I can't imagine why this was done, other than just letting the facility slide. The inside door lock was also missing or in disrepair, again not caring to keep the facility in working condition.

The cleaning crew made so much noise first thing in the morning. I wanted to relax and sleep in, but I could not the three mornings in a row because it was so loud laughing talking they don’t have to be so loud. It was very annoying.

Would like to have more lighting in the room. Other than that it was very comfortable. An issue to be aware of when I closed the door to go out to dinner I must have shut it too hard and the security latch activated. Couldn't open the door and the attendant managed to get us in. Nice stay and would recommend staying here.

Buen Staff, excelente ubicación, restaurante y recepción remodelada… Lo que no me gustó las camas incómodas, los pasillos necesitan reparaciones, los cuartos no tienen una limpieza óptima, y la comida del desayuno, muy básica. Si se busca un lugar de una noche en camino de un viaje y económico, está sería la opción. No para viaje en familia o pareja .
