The lobby, breakfast area and pool were very nice. Our room was decent but there were two dead cockroaches on the floor that I noticed in the morning. We live in FL and are used to seeing cockroaches (palm meadow bugs) so wasn’t really too concerned).

There were cockroaches in our bathroom. To make the cleaning staff notice and clean the floor, we deliberately left the dead insects in a visible spot. However, the housekeeper ignored them completely. She did not remove them and also did not sweep up the sand from the floor. She only changed the towels and took out the trash, which shows a complete lack of attention to basic hygiene. Additionally, when making the reservation, it was clearly stated that cash payment was acceptable at check-in. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel only accepts card payments. This misleading information caused unnecessary inconvenience.
