Hotel is clean and modern. Well-located and walkable to Canal City Mall. Quite a number of unagi restaurants around as well. The hotel staff were really friendly especially the parking uncle. Really commend is dedication to his job. There's washer and dryer too though the dryer seems rather inefficient. Might need a 2hr drying cycle for your entire laundry to be dry.

Very spacious room and corridors. We like the design of the room, you can fully open 3 to 4 luggages with ease. Located slight far from Tenjin center, but the 10 min walk to it is an enjoyment.

It would have been perfect! Sadly it was not. We reserved a room for 4 people but there were only 2 pillows. We called the front desk to ask for 2 more pillows but they said no extra pillows even when we said there are 4 pillows in the room.
