The facilities and rooms were nicely “updated” and felt clean, but the toilet ceramic was broken and clued back together. Staff was ultra friendly and the common areas were nice. Location was a plus too. We just stayed one night.

The hotel in general is dated and old. The carpets are filthy in the rooms and common areas. The bathrooms are so old. The bathtub was dirty and neglected. In general a very poor stay. I will not be staying at this hotel again. We had 3 rooms and all rooms were in need of TLC! It used to be a great hotel, but unfortunately it needs to be refurbished or at the very least ~ clean the carpets and update the bathrooms and rooms ASAP!

This is my first time checking in at a hotel with no microwave inside the room. We have to go down to the restaurant to heat up our food. It was very awkward and the staff that we asked where the microwave is not friendly. It was Thanksgiving Day when we checked in so we decided we brought our own food because we know not a lot of restaurants are open that day. The most weird thing is we have a spoiled milk in a steel pitcher container in our room. I don’t know what was it for. The front desk staff the next day is very kind to take us some photos.

The room, location, and staff were perfect. The only reason it didn't receive five stars is that if you are staying for a day and there is an event or conference, it may be impossible to find parking. The morning food option in the cafe was lackluster.
