One of nicer properties in gainesville great for UF related events. Easy access and parking. Shula’s steakhouse onsite one of best restaurants in town. Negatives: it’s tired. Rooms need furniture updates, beds not very comfortable, feels understaffed but those working were very nice and working hard.

Great location, easy to get around. Main issue was that outlets in room either did not work or were very loose, creating potential danger with arcing. Was unable to charge phones. Air conditioner unit was noisy even when placed in off position, required ear plugs to sleep.

I have stayed at this property now five times and each time we had a good stay. However, this stay, I found that the hotel was lacking in cleanliness and basic amenities. The price that I paid for this day was extremely high. our room did not come with complementary water bottles. The shower had mold and dirt growing in the cracks the one elevators doors on the interior word, disgustingly dirty the lobby should be able to offer complementary water upon arriving or whenever there is no breakfast offered with the fee that I paid per night, every time the air conditioning clicked on in the room. It made a loud noise starting us awake I’m not sure if I will be staying at this property again.
