Good and quite location

The hotel was fairly new but unfortunately shower was unpredictable : from hot to cold changing while you are having shower. Also the air conditioning was noisy and as well it went from one extreme to another. Breakfast by European standard was very poor but the staff was very friendly and efficient.

We were given a handicap accessible room at first. The shower drains into the middle of the bathroom. Horrible setup. Thankful to be upgraded !

I was only in Gatlinburg for the night, but this location was perfect to the downtown shopping area, the hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Ample parking and easy in and out. Would definitely stay here again.
