"Read the reviews beforehand and they did not disappoint! This motel is obviously recently renovated / refurbished and was extremely clean and well maintained. Located in Glendale with easy access to freeway as well as many of the locations we wanted to see / do (Universal/Warner Bros/Griffith Park etc). Ralphs grocery store is right next to it as well as Starbucks - only a couple of blocks away. Glendale Galleria and Americana at the Brand are also 10minute drive / 30 minute walk away. We did both :) Staff was extremely friendly. Room is equipped with fridge, microwave and a water kettle. We were not able to get the tv to work to show basic cable however we did not even bother mentioning this to the staff because TV was not needed by us. Aircon is pretty loud but works very well. I brought earplugs since I’m a light sleeper but my fiancee had no problem sleeping with traffic sounds or aircon. There is a vending machine in front of the elevator which is also convenient. I’d like to point out that I’m extremely neurotic about cleanness. I would 100% go back here. "
