It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs

The breakfast is close to excellent, even for us active people who demand more fuel than some simple white bread, cookies etc. The staff was friendly and communication was easily executed in english (in contrast to most of the staff at Deutsche Bahn - unbelievable!!). The only minus I can think of was the hair of a previous guest all over the place in the bathroom...

The hotel is looking nice from the outside, but is "refurbished" and still old inside...Old floor carpet, terrible elevator etc. How can you make a wardrope in steel looking like a container, which makes a hell of a noise to open and close... They empty the garbage container at 5am in front of our room, how nice is this... We have tried a lot of hotels in Hamburg, but this is the wurst experience we ever had

Vor unserer Buchung haben wir nicht bemerkt, dass in ein paar wenigen Gehminuten das Harry Potter-Musical aufgeführt wird. Dadurch hatte es sehr viele Familien mit kleinen Kinder. Das Morgenessen war daher sehr laut. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Der Garderobenschrank und die Minibartüre haben ein cooles aber lautes Design ;-) Blechtüren. Das Personal im Restaurant/Speiseraum sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Morgenessen war vielseitig und gut. Hervorragend fanden wir den Kühlschrank in der Lobby, um gekühlte Getränke für auf's Zimmer zu kaufen.
