the food was amazing and everything was up to standard. the rooms were lovely, big and clean. the only issues i had was the bed was not the most comfortable, me and my partner both struggled to sleep. we were also not given any big towels in the room for showers and on the first day we only got 1 big towel
The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our first room (7) was very noisy because of loose flooring above. This needs to be put right. However we were moved to the first floor and there were no more problems.
Dinner was amazing, best hotel food we’ve had. Warm and friendly staff with a nice spacious and clean room. Beautiful view just topped off the stay. Would definitely stay again :)
The room was big, light and airy. Very clean. Maybe the bathroom could do with a little makeover. However, the staff were utterly lovely. They were friendly and happy and made me feel most welcome in the most relaxed way. I would happily return here.
Set in beautiful countryside this lovely old english building is perfect for a relaxing night away or even just somewhere to stay whilst visiting Hereford like i did. Good food and good amenities. Staff are helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lovely room but if you’re planning on staying, choose an upstairs room. We were in the Garden Suite on the ground floor and we were kept awake by the couple in the room above who kept walking back and forth constantly. This woke us up at 7am every morning.
The breakfast certainly isn’t worth the £12.50 charged. Food tasted like it had all been microwaved or kept warm. Coffee was really bitter.
The hotel reception and restaurant really needs a facelift to keep up with some of the refurbished rooms.
