We stayed here for a week and wanted to stay forever! Condo is great, very well appointed with lots of little.extras. Our condo was directly on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs for us to use along with grills and charcoal. Highly recommend!!

Home away from home but with beautiful views!

The rental is clean and has everything you will need for the week minus clothes and food! The views are incredible! The beach is literally steps away from the door and is very private! You will not be disappointed!!

Perfect family vacation!

We enjoyed every minute of our Spring Break vacation at this property. The unit was very clean upon arrival, there was plenty of space for our family of four (with 2 elementary age kids), the kitchen supplies were well-stocked and the beach access was incredible. We loved the convenience of being steps from the gorgeous AMI ocean and spent all day - from sunrise to sunset - enjoying the beach. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect getaway

Clean property. Nice location. Please consider there is no place to put our things. It would be nice to have hooks or dressers. It was difficult to stay organized as everything was on the floor. Couch needs replaced. More blankets needed for comfort. Management super kind and professional. Very helpful. Definitely would come back!!!

The property managers were friendly and responsive to our every need. We would love a more comfortable sofa and perhaps a loveseat instead of the two wicker chairs but this is the only thing we would change. Everything else is perfect! We hope to be back again next year.

The back deck is a shaded,decked area with a dinnng area under a gazebo, 2 double swings, a serene water fountain and charcoal grills .Great gathering place for eating,cards/games,reading or work. Free laundry and beach chairs and towels to use. Couple blocks from the Publix,walgreens strip shopping center. Mgt property communicates thru out your stay by text that you can respond to and get replies immediately.

For Beach Lovers is easily in my top three, probably my favorite actually. This place was by far the cleanest and most well-kept vacation home that I’ve stayed in, and that is very important to me being a bit of a clean freak. I found it tastefully appointed and had everything within the unit that I could’ve asked for. Great location! I will be back next year and hope for some warmer weather. The unexpected cold front was not welcome.

However, windows that don't open and no screens, peeling paint, broken blinds, uncomfortable couch, broken trash can slider, bathroom fan that would not stop clacking were all little things that we don't expect in a top dollar property. Management was great in dealing with what they could. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed is comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love 4 Beach Lovers #1! It has everything you need and nothing you don’t! We like it because of the location - no big hotels nearby yet we could walk to Publix, Ace, Walgreen, etc. The accommodations are perfect for a couple. The bed is comfortable, there is an adequate amount of soap, dish liquid, paper towels and tp provided. We bring our own beach chairs and umbrella. No need for a cooler b/c you are so close! The grills could use some work - very rusted but we managed. As much privacy or socializing with the other 3 units as you want. No problem using the laundry room when we needed it. Highly recommend!

The Beach Lovers 1 beachfront bungalow was great and just right for us (Couple) and met our every need during our stay. It's a very special and fresh place to stay. I love the Beach Lovers 1 rules such as non smoking and no pets! An OUTSTANDING place on the beach that produces a great experience for both of us.
