The lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Body hairs were left in tub. Glad I had slippers as the carpet was sticky. The pool had green algae on the wall of the steps. Building generally run down. Don’t know how it got 3 stars.

Need clean sheets

We ask that day to clean our room as we were leaving. Upon return, room still not clean and we made 2nd request. The bed was made up but sheets weren't changed. My husband had to request she change the sheets. The reason I know the sheets were not changed; my husband was sitting in the room as they cleaned.

Nice stay.

Friendly staff at the check in desk, not so much the bellhop. The rooms are somewhat dated but clean and comfortable. I really liked the pool and deck area, and the location is very nice at the western end of Waikiki, and not too far a walk to get to the Ala Moana beaches and swimming areas.
