The hotel lobby was clean and staff were friendly. Our room was clean, breakfast was nice. We have stayed here before and will do so again. Nice that NRG stadium is nearby!

Front desk staff was fabulous. I did not catch the team members name, but she was the one who checked us in. Offered options for room selection and was so friendly and kind. Our room was spotless and quiet. Location was perfect for our trip. The only thing that was not satisfactory was the fitness room - three treadmills. One with an out of order sign and the other two were not working properly. They would not speed up past a 1 mph pace. I tried multiple times using different options. Gave up.

Stayed two nights. First night was great. Second night there was music blaring from midnight til 430 in the morning. Called the front desk at 1:30 and 3:30 to complain. They said they knew where is was coming from. Apparently nothing was done to stop it cause it continued til 4:30 am. There is a small fitness room with 3 treadmills and none of them were working.

LOVE this Holiday Inn! This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and probably will again numerous times since we have family in the area. The other thing we loved is the newness of the place. Lots of thought given to extra shelves in the room, all the right charging stations by the bed and the desk. Our room was facing a busy road, but the soundproofing was excellent. Only one thing was puzzling…we were given an “accessible” room, which had a bathtub! Very few people with mobility issues would find that easy to get in and out of. Why wasn’t there just a walk or roll in shower?? But overall, we loved it. Public areas all sparkling clean, lots of open space with work areas and even a little conference area. Also, the gardens out in front were really pretty and well taken care of. Slept too late to get breakfast, though…🙄😊
