Beautiful hotel

Lovely spacious room with the most comfortable pillows and mattress so far on our South East Asia trip. Our room at the end of the hall was very quiet. We never had to wait more than a minute for the elevator. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone, I appreciated the fresh fruit and egg station. There are plenty of restaurants a short, inexpensive grab ride to walking street or you can eat at their restaurant. The pool is beautiful but unfortunately it was too cold and rainy during our stay to use it. It would have been nice to have chairs on our balcony to enjoy the view of the pool. The staff was very helpful, we booked a hotel driver for the day to take us around to the historic sites at a reasonable price. The driver was always waiting near by to pick us up to take use to the next attraction. The staff also booked our train ticket to return to De Nang, much appreciated as the web site doesn’t accept foreign credit cards. Lovely hotel, hated to leave.

Magnificent hotel, def recommend a stay here

We had a warm welcome when we arrived. Help with our suitcases and taken to our beautiful room in this beautiful hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are very attentive and kind. Fabulous swimming pool, albeit very cold:). We used the spa for a voyagers , 2hr 15 min of fabulousness. Use of the sauna and steam room then a foot massage was just incredible, included reflexology, brilliant back next and shoulder. Definitely recommend this to anyone. It is a magnificent hotel, I would 100% recommend, my favourite so far in Vietnam. We ate in the hotel restaurant two evenings, lovely food. The breakfast is second to none, so much choice.

We only stayed here one night between Da Nang & Hanoi. This is an excellent hotel with impeccable service. It's well appointed and has a great breakfast and room service. We enjoyed having a balcony as well. I'd stay here again if I was back in Hue.

I can just remark on the breakfast buffet and the room condition because I only stayed for one night and we checked in late and out early. The hotel personnel is knowledgeable and amiable, and the establishment is tidy and well-maintained. They provide a great breakfast buffet, which is a great perk for travelers who are always on the go and must depart early.

Incredibly attentive staff who noticed that a member of our group of 16 had a birthday during our stay and offered to provide a small cake for a quick celebration. It made her day that much more special. I'm not a fan of the open bathroom, but the rooms were spacious, the breakfast excellent, and the decor is nice. Hotel provided transfers were also a good value. We all liked staying there and would do so again. Also would recommend to others.
