When we arrived at our room and it smelled a bit like smoke, the staff were there within 3 minutes and then relocated us to a new room with absolutely no hassle—and they even gave us a free breakfast voucher. That was good service.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Huntington WV. I travel there to participate in the West Virginia Reptile Expo and they are so accommodating and everyone at the hotel is so nice. I stay there every couple of months and will contniue to do so.

Great, as always!

We have been staying with this hotel for over 6 years while my son attended Marshall. This is his last semester, as he finishes his Masters degree. We have never been disappointed in the cleanliness or service, and the location is perfect!

Upon arrival; the room that i booked was not available. I was given an upgrade. It was a 2 queen bed suite along w/ free dinner for that evening. and free breakfast for two for 3 day stay. Staff was very friendly, and answered any of our questions.
