Amazing experience!! The staff was always attentive and took care of our every need. Todd at the pool big shout out! The girls at the front desk can’t remember their names but above and beyond. We stayed for a week on a small family vacation and enjoyed the sister property three waters. The girls running the rum runner water shuttle to the other properties are the best, we had a great time on our couple of trips out of Amara cay.

Check in was delayed for about hour and half. Very disorganized at the check in desk. Manager never came to speak with is as it is guaranteed check in. We were told we could hang in the lobby with out stuff. Room was very Average for the cost. Resort prices were high for food and drink. Very disappointing

Hang out in the inside lounge, the bartender is a wonderful young man, tip him well! Outside tiki bar had too much staff drama and we waited 15 minutes to order drinks & snacks.

The common area was very nice, but the pool was very cloudy due to many kids urinating in it. The rooms were upgraded, but the quality of the construction was below average. Great location on the ocean side but overpriced for what you get. Will not be back. too many options in the Keys.

Great stay with family!! The location is perfect! We really enjoyed the Rum Runner water taxi that runs daily to the other resorts. We spent the afternoon at Three Waters Resort. The captain’s Jen and Brianna were so awesome on the Rum Runner!! So knowledgeable and friendly! Our boys loved Patrick who does Fish like a Local fishing out on the dock!! He is so nice!! This was our 2nd stay here and we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful clean and well maintained outdoor and indoor areas. The outdoor dining, tiki hut bar, and beach areas have a tropical Hawaii type feeling to it. Would love to stay there again.
