Hotel is very unique and adds this lovely touch of exploration to the stay as each room is related to some famous person, musician, artist, writer, etc. Very convenient location, just minutes from all main touristic places and at the same time to the waterfront to enjoy evening walks. Staff is super helpful and welcoming, Eren is the superstar! Everyone who was serving at the breakfast are top notch (and breakfast itself a separate experience in such a beautiful city)! Highly recommended for authentic, boutique experience.

The breakfast at Hotel Poem was incredible! Wish I was staying longer than just the 1 night. Everyone at the property was so helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Poem!!! We stayed last month and had an amazing experience - Eren (the receptionist) was such a joy to be around and made us feel right at home every day. The Turkish breakfast was delightful, with new and different items every morning. Location is unbeatable, just steps away from Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Basilica Cistern. Hagia Sophia also has a tram stop, so it made getting to the rest of the city also very easy. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing place to stay close to attractions

Everything about this boutique hotel was amazing. The location is within walking distance of most attractions and there are plenty of shops and dining within a block of the hotel. The breakfast was one of the largest and best breakfast we have experienced from a hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Istanbul.

The staff were fabulous. So friendly, helpful and accomodating! We loved our view of the Bosphorous, if you can stay in the Hemingway suite on the top floor, with a private patio it’s a fabulous option. The breakfast is also the best we’ve had in Turkey… and that’s saying something because the breakfasts are great. The area is close to everything, that is good as you can walk to most things, but it’s a bit of a pushy experience walking past the local restaurants!!

Excellent service. Extremely friendly staff. Spacious room (#119) with fantastic view off the balcony. The breakfast was a feast with an extensive array of mazes of small dishes. Make sure you get the staff to assist in getting the luggage up and down two flights of stairs.

Communication with property exceptional. Property itself is charming, full of character, and in a convenient location. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast staff especially so, big shout out to them. The chef is to be commended for his breakfast choices of the little dishes. Hotel beautiful, walking distance for everything. Very quirky hotel. Definitely would stay here again. The only niggle i can think of was that the mattress was on the hard side but thats my own personal preference.
