I strongly warn against staying at this property. My wife and her 70-year-old mother were staying here for a week-long trip. On the fourth day, my wife’s sister visited for 15 minutes to help her elderly mother dress for the day. The hotel manager immediately confronted them, aggressively demanding additional money for the short visitor. When they refused to pay this arbitrary fee, the manager became threatening and demanded they vacate the room immediately. For their own safety, they were forced to leave and find emergency accommodation elsewhere at a high cost. The behavior of the management was unprofessional, predatory, and made my family feel completely unsafe. Neither the hotel nor Hotels.com has taken responsibility for this breach of contract or the safety of the guests. We were forced to your safety or your money.

I chose this hotel for convenience (close to historical district of Istambul) and because I could accommodate my family of 5. This is a local hotel in an old building. Super close to the Blue Mosque and the palace. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. Room was average and cleanliness can be improved. We were on the street side and it was very noisy. One of the bed was narrow and too firm. Breakfast was included but often lacking proper replenishment.

Yes everything was fresh but imferior to the that we had before. I stayed here in 2015 as well. they have wonderful staff. Hotel is at walking distance from all inportant places. The mosque infront of hotel is also historic and beautiful.

Staff was super friendly and helpful to me and my family of 5 . Considering that I had small kids and tired they trined to get me in the room as early as they could , room was clean and spacious. Area so close very good food and groceries .

Location was convenient to sights and transportation, with plenty of dining options close by. I booked an economy room on the main floor hoping to avoid stairs with my large suitcase, but the main floor is down a flight. Luckily staff carried my bag for me. Good value and friendly staff.

This hotel is in quiet Sultan Ahmed area. 5 minutes from Blue Mosque rooms are clean and money’s worth. Host Sardar is Good opposite to mosque made my Fajr prayers on time

Vieles im Zimmer war defekt. Fenster konnte man nicht schließen. Duschkopf Halterung defekt. Türen gehen schlecht zu. Air condition schlecht einstellbar. Lampen funktionieren nicht richtig. Für 3 Personen ein Badetuch. Kein Toilettenpapier.

Reasonable hotel, kind staff especially Serdar. If you’re a walker you can pretty much walk everywhere you need to go or use the T1. The room was clean and comfortable with AC and fridge. Bed mattress was from the Ottoman era 😜The breakfast is OUTSTANDING! Very needed when you are doing so much walking in the day.

Excellent hotel - very central yet on a quiet side street. We had everything we needed, staying in a family suite with 3 rooms. The staff was super friendly and had personal recommendations for us. They also helped us communicating with our next non-English speaking hotel. Very recommended!
