Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Those are top on my list of necessities. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I think this hotel should have a higher rating than is posted on line.

Customer service was wonderful. When I checked in and went to my room my door was open, there was a dirty towel on the floor next to the bed, a very dirty toilet that had not been cleaned and one of the beds looked slept in. Both nights there were fights outside my door with yelling and swearing and threats of physical harm. The location is convenient and rooms are cheap but I would pass next time.

Parking was convenient.Unfortunately the place is not clean. Dust on tv frig and microwave. Black scum and mold in the tub and shower.The worst is the smell that they try to cover up with heavy air fresheners that only make it worse

Property has plenty of parking and was in a good location with many stores close by and close to the town. The front desk staff was nice and very helpful. She accommodated me when I wanted to change rooms, unfortunately the room was outdated and visibly dirty. We found at least 2 bugs in the space and pockets of dust that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several months. We went to the front desk to check out as we could not stay there. The front desk was very helpful in agreeing to refund us for the night.
