All the staff was so friendly and just wonderful. Only complaint is our room was ground level closest to the lobby, so it got very noisy very early in the morning (before 6am) when they started preparing breakfast. Paying for parking was a bummer too. When I booked it I swore it said parking included, but that was my oversight. Still, at that caliber of a hotel parking should be free.

The staff were kind and courteous. The room was clean and well put together. However, there were ants in the room. I found them on my bedside table and in the surface of the sink in the bathroom. Other than that my dog and I enjoyed our stay.
