Summerwoods of Amelia, a newer community located on the south end of the island where the parkway is canopied with majestic oaks. It is beautiful. Located between the Ritz Carlton and the renowned Summer Beach area, it is in my opinion the perfect location. We welcome you to stay at our Vacation Home, names SansSouci meaning "No Worries" and enjoy Amelia Island as much as we do. Within the majestic canopied oaks is a dedicated beach walkway from the condo to the ocean. (see photos) The villa style condo has a community pool for our guests.

The interior has a Luxury Master Suite with Master Bath that includes 2 shower heads, granite counters, dual sinks. The Master Bedroom has an exterior door leading to the screened lanai; all backed up to a line of trees for privacy. There is a large, upscale kitchen with a granite breakfast bar, which seats three and a dining area for four people.

This property is more desirable because it is newer built community and includes more high end amenities such as 10 foot ceilings, raised panel doors, full size washer and dryer, screened lanai, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and tile flooring.

Island has a ordinance you cannot leave any items on the beach or boardwalks overnight
500.00 Damage Fee will be charged for Breaking House Rules of No Pets and No Smoking and you will be asked to leave.
No flashlights on the beach/ digging sandcastle holes without refilling to protect the turtles and prevent accidents of people walking at night.
