Good, big room with good amenities. Hotel close to two big malls within walking distance - plenty of local shopping experience. Good buffet breakfast at the hotel with enough vegetarian options. Hotel lobby also unique compared to other hotels. Only downside was the dryer in the hotel room was bad. Did a mistake of washing clothes in the inbuilt washer/dryer in room and it took more than 5 hours to dry the clothes(even then not dry fully) and in the process it actually damaged the clothes.

Chambre grande comme un appartement très bien équipée, le staff de l’hôtel était souriant, aimable, professionnel en permanence, l’hôtel était à proximité de tout à pied. Je n’ai pas du tout aimé la ville de Jakarta et ça faisait donc du bien d’être dans ce sublime hôtel dans cette ville horrible.

Excellent hotel, which is very close to some of Jakarta’s largest malls. Unfortunately, the main pool was out of use and undergoing renovation which was not shared prior to booking and checking in. Had I known this, I would have booked an alternative hotel within the same price range.

Great location. Great staff.

Can't beat the location. Central Jakarta with easy access to Grand Indonesia and close to Plaza Indonesia. Staff hospitality and service was amazing as usual. It's our 3rd stay here and although the rooms are a bit dated, they are big, clean and comfortable.
