Great staff

Everything was great. Staff especially were very good. Only thing was a lack of small things; no water bottles, no robe etc, and room service didn't open until 6:30 (I was on a different time zone and up early) but overall very good. The shuttle situation is confusing. There are four Marriotts in the same area so make sure you're taking the right shuttle from the airport!

I’ve stayed at this property around 4 times now. 3 of them times I’ve been allocated a room directly opposite the elevators which is noisy and not good after long haul travel. When I’ve asked to move I’ve been told this isn’t possible. Maybe it’s booking via Expedia that’s the reason? Either way it’s not good customer service and I won’t be staying here again and look forward to the new Hilton opening across the road
