New Favorite for Trips To NYC

This hotel was so much better than the tiny, expensive ones in Manhattan. The ferry to Manhattan and bus to Port Authority bus terminal were only steps from the hotel. There was a running/walking trail along the river in front of the hotel. We ate breakfast a couple times in the restaurant and once for dinner. The room was spacious and the view of the skyline across the river was incredible! The room had a fridge but not a microwave. Honestly, the only issue we had was that we requested housekeeping one day, but they never came. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Have stayed here several times before. Front desk is very helpful, GREAT location close to the ferry into Manhattan, great views, lots of eating options close by. Great hotel breakfast. Clean and great neighborhood. Only question was that the room had no microwave?? Will definitely stay again.

We stay at this hotel regularly. Staff has been helpful and polite to us. We liked the refrigerator in the room this time. I ask for it but usually it is not available. We like the room with parking and breakfast in the restaurant included. This is very convenient. The staff at the desk is always changing. But servers in the restaurant are more likely to stay. Our server, Emma, recognized us from a previous stay. She asked our first names and remembered them the next morning. She made it feel like home! We enjoy this hotel and will continue to stay there. Keep up the good work!
