It was a good stay for one night but the only thing that bothered me was the AC it made a lot of noise that it had to be turned on and off and the doors were kind of off too. There was a point I have to slam the door closed. It wasn’t like trying to close. Other than that everything else was alright and the staff were very polite and friendly

Staff is always courteous and welcoming! I had Ms. Lacey as my clerk and she helped me out tremendously! I was disappointed in Guest Services on our second to last night. They did not clean our room to my surprise. This had to be by mistake, other stays I have never encountered this issue. Perhaps it was a large influx of people staying at the hotel. At any rate, this will not deter me from staying here again! I frequently travel to this area and the Sheraton Harbor View remains my number one choice. Staff makes a difference and the people that work there go above and beyond!

What a great hotel in a wonderful location. We loved the room with a panoramic view of the city. So convenient to have the ferry located right outside.

Decent, but very dated, nice view for some rooms

Only did breakfast at restaurant, which was fine but very busy. Elevators were at time out of service or had issues with card reading. Shower was weak due to a poor valve seal on faucet. Room was clean and in decent shape but very old and outdated. The place needs a lot of updates. $35 for parking for a half empty parking lot is also ridiculous. Customer service was fine.

Overall great stay! It would be nice if the room was 2 queens vs 2 doubles. The rook had a great view, restaurant was great, and loved the bus stop next door to get easily into NYC. Overall great stay!
