It was close to where we wanted to go. Our room was nice and clean over looking all the mechanics on the roof. Left curtains closed. Breakfast and staff for the breakfast was AWESOME. The so called HAPPY HOUR was a joke. There was no beer because of a broken taps(that's what they said, but no one knew about) all that was available was wine and Spirits. At least could have bought canned beer couldn't even get a Bloody Mary because it wasn't offered.(not on the list) If you didn't get there right at 5:00p.m.you didn't get any snacks for they were out within 15minutes and no one refilled anything. Staff didn't seem to care when they were told. We stayed 2 nights and both nights were like this. When we checked out told the front desk and she said to talk to the manager. She was at the desk next to the cafe and told her about it and all she said was Thank you. No I'm sorry No I'll check into it nothing but Thank you. And IF it was the manager I talked to sure didn't look like management material. Would I stay again maybe. We've stayed at a lot of EMBASSEY SUITES and this is by far one of the bad 1"s. All in all for as many people that was there is was oddly quiet. Linda Prososki
