I was charged for the room again after i already purchased from you I still dont see the refund on my card..the showers are wierd. There is no sliding doors just a half of glass covering it and its just a shower..no tub!?!?

We specifically booked this hotel for an event close by and made sure that the check in times aligned with the time we’d need to arrive, check in and get ready. Our room was two hours behind schedule and as a result we were late for our event. Very expensive error in the hotels part.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the vibe! Complimentary water and lemonade downstairs was a nice touch, too. This was a fun place to bring my daughter and her friend for a night away! :)

On arrival we booked two rooms with two queen beds each Hotel said info they were given was one king and a pullout in each room. We had to pay for an extra room to accommodate everyone. Was unable to communicate with anyone at hotels.com except AI chat. Multiple times with booking issues so I will be deleting the APP.

My stay at Hotel Indigo downtown was perfectly refreshing. I liked the property's well-kept condition and the friendly, warm and helpful staff.
