The staff was very helpful and patiently explained all the amenities. They recognized my elite status and offered the corresponding benefits. Overall, the service was excellent. Our room was double booked. When we tried to enter the room, there was someone already in the room. The staff gave us another room, but this is an unacceptable mistake. The room was not ready until after 4pm to check in. The bathroom had bugs when we used the bathroom at night. Total disappointment for the price we paid.

As for the hotel itself, it was in a great location, clean, and well equipped. The one thing I didn’t like was that when I arrived to check into my room, they did not have the room I booked available (two queen beds). They were unable to give me a refund or any compensation, which made my stay unpleasant and uncomfortable due to the inconvenience. I traveled a long way and was not able to receive what I paid for, and instead had to sleep on twin rollaway beds.

The person at the front desk never answered the phone. Finally called the outside hotel number and get a company wide help desk. Gave them the issue and waited. Nothing. Called the main number again, same response. waited another 15 minutes, nothing. Finally got dressed and walked to the front desk where a young man was doing nothing. asked and received a razor. just a bad experience.
