This is the best place to stay near all the waterfront spots but still in the neighborhoods. Nice pool, ice, washer/dryer, great staff - it is so warm n friendly! Would stay again and again!

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was a great temperature and relaxed pressure. The room itself was loud with it being street-side, but that is expected with all that’s going on in key west. Walking distance to a ton of things and the ride-sharing apps are easily accessible. Would stay here again.

We had the best time !!!! Our 2 bedroom was lovely and perfect for our family… the grounds and pool were maintained beautifully…. It was during the holidays and it was very festive with all the lights… our stay was made very comfortable by everyone from the front desk to the woman who supplied us with my favorite coffee and towels… we can’t wait to return to KW and this beautiful hotel…

Loved staying here. Our “regular” room was like a small apartment. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was about a 3 block walk to the water. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the pool. The hotel was doing a stupendous jog of decorating for Christmas. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The bedrooms were very small with little dresser space. We stayed in the Arch House and were woken up early every day by the landscaping crew. We have stayed here a few times before but this is the first time we have had these problems. Please consider rearranging the bedrooms so there can be more space to move around.

We loved this historic property! We started out in the cigar house but the morning after we checked in they had to move us because the pool deck was being resurfaced and we didn’t have access to the room. It wasn’t a huge bother. So we moved to the large main building. My only complaint was that we felt they have an “Expedia” room and why we were put in the cigar house on the first floor. That room is somewhat dark. Not much sunlight. It’s a nice room. Just a bit dark. So we were happy with the room we moved to. It had lots of natural light. Number 24. Which I’m sure, costs more. But since the pool resurfacing caused us to move, I think they just wanted to apologize for the miscommunication. All in all…great property and the staff are all super nice and helpful. I would definitely return to this place, for sure!!

Very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a resident cat who may or may not acknowledge you depending on his mood. The grounds are kept beautifully. Tropical trees inside the courtyard were a plus. Within walking distance of everything yet far enough away from the main road to provide a peaceful ambience.

This was a charming hotel set among peaceful gardens. Check-in was seamless, he gave us two $5 discounts to a wonderful bakery/coffee shop nearby, and he walked us around the property to show us where everything is. The location is very convenient to lots of Key West sites, so we walked most everywhere. LOVED the hammock on the balcony overlooking the gardens. Just exactly what we needed for a rejuvenating, relaxing getaway.
