The noise level and the cleanliness was less than expected for such a top notch hotel. Location is right off the docks and the bugs and creepy crawlly was not fun at all

Amazing stay! Location is walking distance to all the action on Duval as well as great dinning options. Views of the Marina at nights are phenomenal. The service was outstanding from the front desk to the pool. The room was very clean with a nice beach vibe. My new favorite stay in Key West

I normally would stay in a five-star hotel but they would not allow my pet so I found this hotel which was about the same price as a five star hotel unfortunately it was nowhere near the condition of a five star hotel more like a two or three star hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the accommodations were not what I would expect for a four star hotel

Pros! Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean, facilities were clean. Very convenient area. Cons! spendy. (We all know that) but 5$ for a tea? 8$ OJ? Cmon now. The website boasts late night pool service but the pool and bar close at 6. They had listed a “fresh fruit service” we specifically came back at 1:30 for it, but the staff knew nothing about it even though it was on the flyer at the front desk. We asked 3 different staff members and none of them knew about it. The next day we were told we needed to go to the bartender. So there is that. Overall we were very happy and would recommend and stay again.

Overall it was a nice and memorable stay. Location was great to walk to everything. Rented bikes for a day which was great to get around without a car. Walked everywhere else. Really a beautiful property with the pools and greenery but the lounge chairs fill up really fast so I never got to enjoy the pool area. We did enjoy the live music from the pool area in our room by just opening our patio doors. With them closed the music was so quiet that it didn't bother us at all. Music was a single performer and mellow so perfect for a sunshine relaxing vacation. Loved the water and wine spritzer in the lobby every day. Room was pretty but missing an upholstered chair to relax in. Balcony chairs were not comfortable either. We were out and about most of the time but if you just wanted to sit and relax, you had to sit on the edge of the bed or the desk chair. Lobby furnishings look cool but not comfortable to sit in. Overall a nice stay. Expensive but nice.

Okay hotel, not really a resort

Nice hotel, has pools and work out center not really a resort in my opinion so daily resort fee was interesting. The pools were small and crowded so getting a place in the sun was a challenge. The location was good and close to other bars and restaurants. We will try another hotel our next trip to Key West.

We did not appreciate the fact that we were woken up well after hours on several of the nights we stayed by college kids. Including a fire alarm being pulled. With the cost of this hotel, this should never be. Won’t return and won’t recommend.

Perfect location near restaurants and bars. Very clean and loved the balcony room near the garden pool. The ambiance at night is amazing with the lights over the pool. Rented bikes at the hotel and had the best day seeing all of Key West. Only complaint is the roosters making noise starting at 4 AM. But not sure you can avoid that anywhere in the Keys.

Best hotel to stay and safe

My stay was so much fun.Best Pool party's, everyday, DJ and bands. Food is amazing, breakfast and lunch. I walked to Schooners at night and to Duval Street. Staff was wonderful and friendly. I will be back. Beds were so comfortable.

Parked our car for 2 hours in their garage. They charged us $43/ night for 7 nights. We had to make a stink about it until they took it off the bill. When asking to park in garage they should notify of charge. For a top notch hotel, they should at least give their customers at least 2 bottles of water/day. Not 2 bottles for 1st day of stay. Very cheap perks
