Family Wailea Vacation

This villa is beautiful! Panoramic views and large rooms make it comfortable for multiple couples - we enjoyed watching whales while having morning coffee. Best location for beaches, restaurants and activities. Staff extremely helpful. Pools are beautiful and grounds lush with plantings. Will definitely come back!

Incredible Support & Comfort

Allison, Luxury Manager from the Coldwell staff, was unbelievably helpful in getting us checked in, and helping to accommodate some special needs for wheelchair storage.The rental itself was beautiful, exactly as depicted in the listing. The Beach Villas are a stones through from the shore, and the resort staff were very friendly and accommodating.If you are planning a stay on the Kihei/Wailea side, I would recommend this rental.

Home away from home

Thank you for a great stay! This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at some pretty nice places before. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and of the laundry appliances. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. The view was incredible, we saw the loveliest sunsets from our lanai. The beach was great and so were the pools. I only wish the family pool was closer to the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Pre-wedding week in Wailea

Our family flew out a week in advance for a wedding we were attending, with events at the Andaz and Makenna Golf and Beach Club. We loved the location of the Wailea Villas, and this unit was nicely furnished and outfitted. Morning coffee on the lanai was a treat! Our family is all over 18, so we appreciated the Adult pool. The villas are perfectly situated on the walking path for lunch and the spa at the Four Seasons and to the Andaz for the Welcome Party. We loved the access to the Shops at Wailea Village too! The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. We will be back!

We’ve been coming to Maui for over 20 years….best stay ever!!

This was our best experience in coming to Maui in more than 20 years of doing so. When we arrived they met us at the front desk and escorted us to our room. When we walked in we were amazed that it was even nicer than the pictures. They showed us around and explained all the details of how everything worked. First class all the way. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning!! Lots of small details from all the batteries in the candles being fresh to a bag of ice in the freezer to having cleaning pods for the washing machine and a beautiful gift basket of snacks…all the details so we could jump right into enjoying ourselves!!! The staff was amazing and so very pleasant and helpful!! Another nice feature was the parking garage under the building with a private elevator to your room! And the location is incredible.., the Shops of Wailea literally just steps away.., and the beach path is just steps the other way!! The pools and facilities are beautiful. The landscaping is a piece of art!!! A true five star experience all around. We will be back!!

Absolutely amazing

Truly a gorgeous property. Beds comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, amazing views. They had scaffolding (very partially) obscuring the view the first few days which they weren't expecting, and reached out to give us a reasonable discount for the days the scaffolding was up, which was appreciated. Stayed with 2 colleagues; very easy, lots of space. Already planning to stay here next year!

Beautiful Place

The villa is even better than the photos in the listing. It's beautiful, and the access to the pools and beach is wonderful. Concierge service was very helpful with dinner reservations and finding activities that were family friendly. All in all, we had a great time and hope to return again soon!

Wailea Splendor

Working with the CB staff was easy. They were so helpful and responsive. I503 is beautiful and well located for access to many activities. Our family of 8 dined on the terrace every night and made good use of the gas grill. The unit is comfortable and spacious enough that we weren’t tripping over each other. We loved the layout and easy access from the covered garage. I would highly recommend I-503.

Spectacular Views!

Traveled w husband & adult family, very pleased & happy with condo. Honestly pictures do not do it justice. We toasted each beautiful sunset on the lanai, and every morning enjoyed watching whales play while sipping our Maui Kona coffee (which Allison, a delightful CBD employee, offered to deliver before our arrival after I told her how much I loved it. Mahalo, Allison!) . The interior was spacious, very clean and beds super comfortable. The grounds are beautifully kept, loved the adult infinity pool. WBV employees were consistently friendly & helpful. Though it is only a 5-6 minute walk to pool/ beach, it is a rather steep walk, can be deceiving. Since I had one knee replaced and having the other done in a month, I was leery. But from 8am-8pm, a wonderful WBV employee drove us in a golf cart to and from our I503 parking spot to the pool entrance , arriving just a few minutes after I called to request. It was so very appreciated. We were sorry to leave, all agreed we would rent here again in a heartbeat!

best views!

We have stayed in this and another penthouse. This one, 503, was terrific but I really recommend: get a new coffee maker, it only worked without massive mess when using the filters. The stove is very finicky and didn't heat up consistently. Lanai furniture is not very comfortable compared to other villas I've been to. living room furniture looks dated and not very comfortable. But we had a great time. Thank you

This place was absolutely amazing! The pictures are great and very accurate but the place is even better in person! The checkin process was smooth/easy and property mgmt team was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs! We are putting this property on our list as a ‘must return’!

Paradise Perfection!

We loved our stay so much. The Wailea Beach Villas are unmatched. The views from this particular unit are stunning - we didn't want to leave! The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever stayed in via a rental property or hotel. Lots of space and luxury living (I want that master closet!). We loved the convenience of a short walk via a gate to the Wailea Shops, the playful beach below with complimentary umbrella/chair setup (definitely worth tipping for), and a short drive to Big Beach which is one of our favorites. The assigned parking in the garage made it low-stress and simple to come and go. The staff is friendly and helpful and just make everything feel so easy. The adult pool overlooking the ocean is sooo relaxing (but be warned it is truly for adults, no kids/teens allowed). The family pool is located higher up on the property, near the fitness center, which is also well-equiped (one Peloton bike with cages, fyi). Clean, bright, happy, and such an incredible way to begin our trip! We hope to return to the Wailea Beach Villas and this unit specifically!

Great Condo!

The property was just as advertised and had just about everything you could possibly need. The location to the Shops at Wailea was a plus with easy access to restaurants and stores. If I was to be picky, I would ask that the unit to be stocked with more soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Overall, fantastic property and stay!

wonderful home and would rent again

Wonderful home and great location. The beach and coastal walk were very crowded (but we were there during spring break). With two 16 year olds and an 18 year old with us the 18 and up restriction for the adult pool made enjoying relaxing by the pool as a family unit tough. Otherwise we loved the Villas.

Well Appointed Beautiful Views

This property is awesome if you are a traveler who likes to prepare meals. The kitchen is fantastic, well equipped, and you have a beautiful view while cooking. Breakfast on the lanai while watching the whales was simply amazing. Wonderful home. Very attentive to details.

The unit is lovely with a great view. It is nicely furnished and has a well stocked kitchen. There are a few things that could be better stocked like paper towels, zip lock bags, food storage containers, dishwasher detergent, and maybe a card game or two.

This Top floor penthouse condo has fabulous 180 degree views of the resort grounds and beyond to the blue Pacific. Easy walk to the beach. Two pools with shade provided. Coffee in the AM, water all day, towels and beach chairs. Access to the beach and Wailea Beach walk. Really enjoyed easy access to shopping and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere. We’ll be back!
