Our beautiful newly furnished luxury Condo is finest located at Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. It is one of only a handful of air-conditioned properties on the Island of Kauai. Our Condo is on the 2nd & 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the mountain range. The resort is located just a short stroll to several world class beaches including Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach and Poipu Beach which makes them the perfect location for any size group or family. If you have younger children along for the trip you won't find a more perfect children's beach than the little beach formed between Brennecke's and Poipu beaches. Protected from the surf by a natural rock outcropping and featuring a very shallow and gently sloping beach, the children will have a blast!

This is a fabulous location within walking distance to the beach, Moir gardens, etc. The pool and hot tub were also lovely. Beautiful grounds and beautiful area!

Family trip

Myself, husband, two children (age 11) and both sets of grandparents visited Kaua’i for the first time. The condo was spacious and worked well for the number of family members we had. Our only issue was the wireless internet. When I contacted the owner, she did her best to get the situation fixed.

Family time in Poipu

4 adult couples and two infants. Great condo. Would highly recommend. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and water toys available for use. Kitchen amply supplied with cooking gear. Nice big dining table. Upstairs loft/bedroom is very nice with privacy screen, but should be taken into consideration if a couple is planning on staying in that space. All bedrooms had king beds! Would stay here again with our family and close to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was very clean and well stocked, within walking distance to Poipu Beach where we all got to have a puka dog, and a five minute drive to old town Koloa. The owner was prompt to respond to any questions we might have. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Poipu home

Jennifer's home in Poipu was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described, well-equipped, spacious, clean, with cool A/C, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location close to Poipu beaches could not be better. Jennifer was very responsive, answering all of our questions, and helping us to plan our activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Great Condo Near Beaches

I would highly recommend this condo in south Kauai. It was very clean and in a perfect location within walking distance to multiple beaches and a beautiful hiking trail. It was also well stocked and the beds were super comfortable.

Great Condo at Poipu Kai

This is our second multi-generational family trip and stay at the Regency at Poipu Kai. The condo was great, it had everything we needed for our trip. The only (very nominal) downside was the unit was along the main road, which we didn't realize, but that didn't detract from the location or the trip at all. We would stay again!
