Bad experience in Krabi

Pros: Absolutely nothing, our trip all over the Thailand was so great but Krabi was a really bad experience.
Cons: Change your staff with someone who speak a good english, who is helpfull and nice!
Location: Rent a car and go to west krabi : you'll see beautiful landscapes, beaches...
We spent few days in this hotel, no electricity on the second night, no possibility to have a breakfast, really bad staff during the day (the girl during the night is fine), bad wifi, no hot water the first night, air conditionner broken in the first room we had, and when you want to have a look over your window, you can see... a wall!!
