The pros: all staff members were very polite. Water, teas, coffee, toothbrushes, toothpaste... were provided. The cons: the carpet was dirty and housekeeping not once vacuumed. It took approx 9 hrs, after 3 calls to get toilet unclogged. The window view was not conducive to joy. The soap container remained empty after several cleaning days. The linen was not changed, as per spot on sheet that was still there. The front pillow became the back and the back the front. The bathroom floor was not mopped. The first day I had to request the wobbly, loose faucet be fixed. The clean face towels were left on the toilet grab bar... My recommendation to the hotel is to train properly the cleaning crew. Handwashing is very important. Lack of sanitation and hygiene can cause guests to catch infectious diseases. Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tuanku Rahman North, you can do better!!!

Carpet in room stained. Carpet outside tarpon and hallway to elevators appear dirty. Tv remote partially broken - instructions to operate tv inadequate. However staff are responsive and food adequate. Breakfast very good. Area around hotel old and in inviting. However, entrance to hotel welcoming and clean.

Good value for the price. The hotel is strategically located near the Chow Kit Monorail station, with many local shops and eateries in the vicinity. Our room had an excellent, view of the Petronas Towers. The room was not that clean but was spacious with comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helpful. The North and South towers are two separate buildings with different facilities. We were bit frustrated going to the wrong building because of confusion. The buffet style breakfast had a great variety of local and western cuisines. Please note: Be careful when booking- south or north because the South tower has the rooftop pool, while the North has a gym.
