Great, centrally located choice in KL

Nice hotel, conveniently central and next to a whole restaurant row of great little restaurants. If you’re a walker, it’s only 15 mins south to Chinatown and 15 mins northeast to the Towers. Handy. Rooms are nice, pool was lovely, though there weren’t many seats. Really good breakfast bar. Iffy WiFi was my only complaint. Sometimes great, sometimes barely there.

The hotel staff were fantastic and really couldn't do enough for you. The facilities were top rate and the breakfast was plentiful with a fantastic choice of hot and cold, Asian and Western dishes.

Friendly staff. Housekeeping was great. Deluxe king room was very spacious. Shower (rain overhead faucet) was great. Provided free bottle filter water was an additional touch to the hot and humid weather. value was acceptable and worth it. My suite did have a clear view of the exterior due to fascia and not balcony. I was fine with the design as I would have faced the other towers acrossed the street. If you want a view then you may have to booked an upgrade if available. The view of the KL at night was wonderful…got some great photos. Booked online via Expedia.ca. I was emailed that I did not have to pay the nightly non resident tax (10RM/night). But this was not the case. I had to pay as the check-in staff had no idea regarding this even though I showed them the email from Expedia.ca. So far no response from Expedia. ☹️

Great base to explore KL. Modern rooms, rooftop pool is very nice. Limited sun loungers which were frequently all occupied so might be good to think about how to manage this.

Excellent Hotel Choice!

Beautiful modern hotel with spacious rooms and rooftop bar and pool with breathtaking view. Very good buffet breakfast and complimentary sweet treats. Staff are fabulous and always doing whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. Convenient location to other restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are a little old and as usual with KL older properties , maintainence is always an issue. But this prop is not old but the bathrooms shows her age . Anyways the major plus is the location n area this prop is located , nestled in refurbished old and original old prewar shop lots. It’s a good even blend where one could savour the vibrancy of the refurbished old n original state of old architecture n retail mix . I think it’s a brilliant mix of culture n movement with time . I sincerely hope they won’t tear down the old n rebuilt it into new architectural designs , tat would be a devastating blow to Msia culture. Hotel wise , pls do make the effort to maintain n retain so level of maintenance in ur rooms . Don’t wait till its falling apart to fix it , fix it wen there r discoloration, its a tell tale sign of co efforts to maintenance n engineering
