Apartment is clean, gym was superb, breakfast spread esp the fruit bar was amazing. There’s still room for improvement for food spread. Pillows are a tad soft. I just came bk from JPN and their pillows are out of this world. Loved the prime location.

The hotel was very near to Pavilion Shopping Mall and within walking distance of Bukit Bintang which is a major shopping and dining area. Loved the stay here. Staff are extremely helpful.

This hotel is super near Pavillion KLCC and within walkable distance. One of the more affordable 5 stars hotels within walking distance from Pavillion. Super easy to check-in. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The morning buffet staff are super efficient. They cleared our table when they thought we had left and set it up for the next group of diners.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Need some minor fix such as powerplug for coffee mahine is coming out from the wall. Need insect treatment as small ants and bugs noticed crawling in the bathroom floor. There were pieces of chewing gum discarded under the bed which might have not been cleaned thoroughly by the house keeping

The hotel boasts an excellent location directly opposite a shopping centre, offering superb convenience. The breakfast was also good. However, despite its five-star aspirations, some basic issues significantly detracted from our stay in the apartment within the hotel. The bathroom was grubby and needs modernisation. The gym's AC never worked despite reporting it, the rowing machine lacked water, and the elliptical trainer was noisy. These maintenance failures were unnacceptable.

Some improvements can be made

Have always been staying at Pullman for my business trips and enjoyed the great location. But this time room 2501 was newrest to thenloft we could hear the rumbling of the lift everytime it moved. Also the aircon temp could not be adjusted. It was already set to 29 degrees but the room temp was 21. We hope some improvements can be made co we still really like this hotel.
