Good place to stay

Good location, easy to walj around high street, easy to get subways station and near to JR train main station too. Got all facilities need, hot spring bath is good, got all things need when in the changing room. Room reasonable size and clean. Good for price in good value .

Staff have very difficult time understanding and speaking in English. Very hard to explain and convey complains. We book this hotel bec of location and has onsen inside. Hotel staff does not check people who come inside the women spa, doea not follow rules - using cellphone, towels and very noisy inside the spa. I complained but they said they cannot check all the time. I told them i was dressing up, a teenager was using her cellphone inside even though there is a big sign no cellphone allowed. I am not considering coming back nor will not recommend this hotel to other family or friends.

I arrived the hotel prior to the check in time. I left my luggages with the hotel staff and explored the city. When i returned later for my check in, the hotel staff managed to take my belongings to my room already. Class.

I had a great stay. Staff made things very easy and language barrier was never a problem. The onsen was in very good condition and a great way to relax after a long day around the city. To my fellow travellers: Please follow the rules in the bath, so everyone can keep enjoying!
