Room was clean and fairly wide, staff was very fast and attentive, i got lounge coupons but didnt see any amenities that stood out. Shuttle was pretty useful but to walk around or to the station was inconveniently located.

The hotel was nice. Clean room and a nice size. Our breakfast was included. There is a pool but wasn't allowed in it with our 7 month old, even though we had a swimming nappy with us. That was a shame

Very flash hotel for the price we paid, so many amenities and got our room upgraded for free which was a bonus. Friendly staff, and very clean hotel. Perfect location 5 min walk to Kyoto Station, they offer a shuttle to the station every 20 mins as well. To save on rubbish they provide a self serve water and ice machine on every floor and provide a bottle and an ice bucket which I thought was very cool
