2 Bedroom (with King beds!) / 2 Full Bathroom downstairs condo in Legacy Villas. Unit comes with 2 covered patios, full kitchen (fully stocked with all utensils and cookware!), dining room, and living room (with fireplace).

One of the bedrooms has a private en suite bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace, private balcony, and a separate front door.

Bedrooms and Living Room have brand new large Samsung TVs with full Spectrum cable package via streaming.

Iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows are provided.

Kitchen is outfitted with pots and pans, utensils, microwave, coffee pots, toaster and blender.

High-speed Spectrum Gig 1Gbps WIFI is also included.

The community has 2 large family pools with spa, 1 large adult pool with spa, and many more smaller pools and spas are all within very close proximity to our condo.

The rooms are exactly as they’re pictured. It’s like staying in a hotel room! Towels, bath amenities, and a full kitchen is provided so you basically don’t need to bring anything but what you would pack for a hotel. The place is very nice. Air conditioning worked well and bathrooms were very large. There was even a pull out couch! I stayed here for coachella and it was a 7 min walk to the shuttle. The only downside is that the pricing was way too high just because it was coachella weekend. I would stay if it wasn’t so expensive!

We had a perfect getaway at Legacy Villas in La Quinta! We especially loved staying in this spacious unit with 2 large bedrooms and large bathrooms, the comfiest beds and two patios and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for food prep! We loved the gorgeous backdrop of the mountains and waking up to blue skies every morning! Wish we could've stayed longer! We'll be back!!

Another great La Quinta getaway

We have been coming to legacy villas for 15 years. We have stayed at various units and this was a great unit. Location was great as it was right across from a pool. It was clean and had all the convenience of a home. Check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Legacy Villas. The place was perfect for my family of four. The location was great to a nearby pool and walking distance to the main pool. The weather was amazing. We will most definitely rent this place again.

Perfect property location in outstanding condo complex. Great location in La Quinta - nice walk to quaint historic downtown La Quinta. Easy access to many restaurant choices and shopping. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Lovely outdoor areas. Comfy beds. Host is highly responsive. Overall a wonderful stay. Hope to return next year!

A beautiful property in the desert

This unit in Legacy Villas at La Quinta was clean, very well appointed, well maintained and welcoming. The property manager Corey was attentive and engaged but we really did not need anything as this gem had everything for which we were looking. We will definitely look to stay there again next time we go to La Quinta/Palm Springs.

Legacy Villas - La Quinta

This is a beautiful unit located on pristine grounds in a secure, gated community. Very nicely appointed, comfortable beds, quality construction, clean and well maintained. Our host, Corey, was prompt and personable with all communication. We had a very nice stay here.

This is your place: Couldn’t be better. Two separate apartments, full kitchen, king beds, two decks, Swimming pool and hot tub right across the street, clubhouse only a block away. Nice and quiet.

Great Getaway in La Quinta

This place was just what we were looking for. It was quiet, clean and well-located. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness and often "cleans-up the unit upon arrival." This was not needed here. It was already clean and just as advertised in the listing. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We got in late because of traffic en-route, but Corey made sure we could reach him if needed and then followed up by text the next day just to make sure everything was great. We would definitely stay here again if it is available the next time we are in the area. Thanks Corey!

Birthday celebration for our son

We came for a few days to celebrate our son’s 27th birthday. We loved the location of the unit and the grass outside for our four legged family member. Perfect spot to sit outside with a glass of wine and view the mountains. Lots of wildlife and a great path to walk the dog! Corey (manager) was awesome and got back to us promptly with all we needed to check in! Will stay again down the road!
