The space of the apartment was very nice, and the shower was fantastic. I disliked not knowing I booked a room from a private owner, not the hotel. First walked into the room and felt the heat, I tried to adjust the air but was told they'd been working on fixing the air all week. Also, half of the lights did not work.I tried to turn on the TV with the remote but could not finally called the front desk and they explained I had to contact the host about these issues and they could not switch me to another room. Was told to leave the balcony door open all night to fix the no-air problem. Called Expedia around 10 times to find out how to contact the host to no avail / rated a 6 because of issues but other than frustration issues very nice room.

Not managed as well as a hotel. Privately owned and room not maintained. I working lamps, clogged sink, no usb ports for phone charging. Very loud neighbors at times. Parking lot directly below.

This property is a private unit and you have to reach out to the owner for anything that you need. During our stay, the air conditioning unit was not working and maintenance came up and told us that that would not be able to be fixed due to their being problems in pretty much all of the rooms with the units. In addition, the TVs did not work maintenance did come up and try to swap out the batteries, but the TV still blasted on loud. I requested maintenance to come and review all of these issues around 3 PM and they didn’t come until 9:45pm… The property also stated that it came with complementary robes and things of that nature and it didn’t.

Bring Your Cleaning Supplies

The property was very nice, and the staff were friendly! We stood in line a long time to check in the hotel. The biggest concern was the condition of the room. We purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, bed and mopped the floor. I don’t think the owners were aware of the problem. Many of the rooms are privately owned. Overall, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay!

The property and the suite are showing some signs of wear, but I appreciate the quality of linens, and the room size. I attended a conference where most were staying at The Palms, and I paid less, and had a more peaceful location with a killer view.
