Love this place We would come back. Pretty close to the markets, "Beach Walk"shopping mall. End of the road after a short walk is the Kuta beach. Love their buffet. Love the coffee and much more. The lovely young lady " Haity" has a bright future in hospitality. Thank you all for you makng our stay so special.

Room was great, food was great, location was great. Only 4/5 stars because I had constant mosquitos in the room (even with the door closed throughout my stay). There is also no soundproofing so if you're facing the road expect a loud night.

We lost a whole day that we had planned on arrival due to the check in staff stuffing us around for hours and not giving us our room even though I had proof that I had booked the extra day so we didn’t have to wait until 3pm to get our room after arriving in the morning they took hours and hours to get there act together and we didn’t get in until midday so only 3 hours before normal check in even though I had booked for the day before. Really disappointed with how they handled the situation and wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel was first class, the neighborhood it sat in for the most part was filthy dirty And noisy. I almost broke my leg, walking down the sidewalk falling into a hole! The hotel made up for the difference.
