While the overall stay was pleasant, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The breakfast hours were not ideal for active travelers—starting at 8 a.m. made it difficult to enjoy the offering, especially since we typically left the hotel before 7 a.m. The selection was also quite limited, which made it hard to find something suitable. Additionally, it would have been nice to receive a warm welcome upon arrival, as there was no staff presence at the front entrance. Lastly, the entrance stairs were quite steep, making it challenging to carry luggage in comfortably. I hope these points can be considered to enhance future guest experiences.

Excellent location, lots of options for food mere steps away. The hotel and the staff were lovely. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. I would not there was no door to the bathroom, only a curtain. Overall, I had no complaints and was very happy with the stay.

The atmosphere!! Dalma is in the midst of the historic part of Lisbon. It was a wonderful place to retreat after a day of sightseeing. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful. The staff in the morning at breakfast seemed grumpier . We would stay again.

Great location in Alfama! Everything was within walking distance for tourists. Only thing we had issues with was that the shower drain wasn’t draining properly and the fridge made some noise all night. Besides that, the whole suite was amazing! They even provided complimentary bottled water, a bottle of Rosé and nespresso coffee. The staff that greeted us and checked us in was very polite and professional! Outside the hotel, there are a ton of good food options within walking distance. The hotel is also on the famous 28 tram route! Overall, I’d rate this place 8.7/10 and definitely come back next time!

Amazing find.

Beautiful room. I was travelling with my teenage children and elderly mother. I wanted somewhere to stay with 2 bedrooms to give everyone a bit of space. Our ‘room’ exceeded our expectations, we all said it was the nicest place we’ve stayed in. More like a 2 bed apartment, we had so much space, 2 spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, lovely living space with an amazing view of the river, sofa, arm chairs, TV, dining table and mini kitchen. The styling was beautifully done, our room was kitted out with everything we needed- there was even a mini kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were on the 4th floor, there is a lift but there were stairs from our door up to our room. We paid extra for breakfast which was delicious and there was lots of choice. The location is very central, in the heart of Alfama, on a steep, busy road with a no.12 tram stop outside. The staff at the hotel were lovely, very efficient and helpful. I would definitely go back.

Great location and nice amenities in the room

Great location in the Alfama neighborhood. Nice welcoming touches in the very well equipped one bedroom suite. Shower was a bit odd and has glass that you can see from the living room which could be uncomfortable depending on who you are staying with.
