Very disappointed. Location across from the train station was perfect, price was reasonable considering location. Paid roughly 200 Canadian a night. The moment we stepped in the front door I knew we made a mistake. If you want an elevator, this is not for you. To get the elevator you need to take stairs and if you’re on the top floor as we were, the elevator doesn’t even go that high. The room was tiny, I can deal with tiny, but this was small. We often bumped into each other or bumped our heads on the ceiling with the slanted roof. The staircase is very narrow, making it difficult to carry luggage. There was a horrible smell in the hotel, which only got worse once we entered our room. Bathroom sink was cracked, cabinet chipped. Shower and toilet however did look updated. Scuff marks along all the walls. Housekeeping was a disaster. Came back after a day walking around to find the bath towel we used and left over the shower had been moved to over the bathroom door. We assume it’s the same towel but odd that they would move it. There was also a bathroom floor mat, which was folded up and put into the corner. Was this a new bathroom floor mat left on the bathroom floor or was this the one we’ve used that they’ve just folded it. They didn’t make the bed. Nothing looked different other than our towels being moved. First thing after checking in was walk around the area to see if we could find smoother hotel.

Terrible.

I'm very disappointed that I've paid over a hundred pound for one night in this hotel. This is a very run down establishment. There are paper signs on the walls stuck down with sellotape, to direct you to the rooms. In the hotel room that I stayed in one of the lampshades was damaged, the other lampshade was dirty with yellow stains on it. The bathroom sink in the room doesn't even have a plug. The hotel is so unprofessional, the man on the reception was wearing a fake 'Dior' tshirt under a dress jacket! The bed in the room was very uncomfortable and the worst thing about the stay was the yellow stains on the bed sheets! I really should get a refund. Horrible stay.

Very very basic but clean. Great proximity to both Kings cross and st Pancras stations. Has been a lovely hotel in its day but needs major updating. Floors were peeling in rooms beds hard and very basic. For one night and given location okay.

This hotel is conveniently placed for access to Kings X station and the underground system. Parking is free after 18.30 in parking bays very close to the hotel.

Great location across from King’s Cross and St Pancras. Carpet in the hallways need to be updated. Room was clean enough but noticed the mattress protector had stains so some attention to sheet cleanliness is needed.
