Worst hotel ive stayed in a long time

Terrible stay - phoned up to check if i could have a ground floor room, they agreed. Upon check in they tried to put me on the 4th floor and manager denied any knowledge of agreement. Agreed to go to lower ground floor room after a while of arguing. The "bed" was more of a travel cot style, very uncomfortable and felt everything through the matress. Room and hotel stank of mold and damp. Utilities very noisy and came on randomly throughtout the night, booked for 2 nights, left after 1.

This hotel is needing updates. The carpets were old and dirty. The bed... Springs digging into your body. Stayed for 5 nights. Sheets never were changed. Had to carry baggage down stairs to get to elevator. Walls were marked up and dirty. Yes, shower was upgraded,but should have grab bars as very slippery.
