Clean room, spacious, nicely decorated. Good shower pressure. Aircon didn’t work (or I couldn’t figure out the controls, no instructions) and as the room was almost in the attic, first night it was very hot. Temperature dropped the second night and it was better.

I rarely ever give a poor review, but for this one I need to. Floor dirty (so much so my daughter’s feet turned black walking on it); filthy bathroom door, sink tap that flooded counter when turned on, unsecure wifi and to top it off cleaning lady walked into our room in morning without knocking.

Clean room and laid out well. Very warm overnight even in January! 2 fans supplied which was great but still stuffy. Construction works went on until 8pm but quiet after that. Great for what we needed as early Eurostar journey!

Basic room but perfect for a one night stay. Brilliant location over the road from kings cross and at pancras and being able to drop your bags off meant we weren't lugging them round all day
