Nice affordable stay

It was a great place for the price. Staff was nice room was clean and the grounds were clean. Pool was nice the only downfall was noise if you are a light sleeper ask for room away from street and also 3rd floor because you hear everything from above. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and pillows too.

The staff were absolutely wonderful - friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay. However, one downside was the strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. It was noticeable and a bit uncomfortable at times as I could smell it while in my room. Great service deserves a better environment.

The Best Western Norwalk hotel we stayed on Firestone Blvd.was "EXCELLENT"the staff member ( Iyvett) when We first checked in at Front Desk was Wonderful 👍😊 She was VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WE REALLY APPRECIATE IT HER HELP 👍and Deborah was also another very nice staff member. we really appreciated all the service and their Help with anything we needed. Our stay at the Best Western Norwalkwas very Clean and we felt very safe and comfortable at that hotel we will definitely be coming back THANK YOU once again ❣️
